Working with other Partners

The Parish Council has strong working relationships with Durham County Council to improve the efficiency of local service delivery.

It has signed a Local Charter to promote this strong partnership working. Again County Councillors attend almost every Parish Council meeting and participate in debates.

Outside meetings County Councillors work closely with Parish Councillors to address issues affecting the villages.
