Paws Pet Service, based in Coxhoe and run by Lisa Bowtell, are fully licensed home boarders with Durham County Council under the new regulations. They are fully insured for walking, boarding and transporting, are pet first aid trained. Their premises are a child and smoke free home with extremely secure and large garden which is set back from the main road so your loved one is safe as houses. Dog boarding and dog holidays
Lisa say’s, ‘We offer Super-fun holidays for your fur-babies at Hotel Bowtell. We will take extra special care of your furry loved ones. We have a fantastic garden, are great at belly rubs, love playing ball, specialise in beach trips, have the comfiest couch, great at games and fun, always sleep on the bed, have loads of dog-sweeties on offer and know some great places to walk with loads of interesting smells!’
Dog walking and dog adventure
In providing dog walking and dog adventure Lisa explains, ‘Our walks are so much! fun! There are rivers and fields and beaches and styles and so many interesting smells and new friends to meet along the way. Walking in the countryside is so much fun! We often bump into some very friendly horses and sometimes peep at a sheep or two through the fence. We walk twice a day and do beach trips at the weekend. Beach trips are our favourite and we know the best beaches for fur-babies that go on for miles with a little dip in the sea to cool down – but not too far in! Fur baby might come back a bit sandy but they will definitely come back happy and shattered. Safety always comes first, and fun comes a very close second’.
Home visits and puppy visits
Lisa advises that, ‘We can keep a close eye on your furry loved ones while you’re not home. We will feed, water, love and cuddle in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for new bundles of puppy fun, pussy cats who rule the roost or smaller animals who would prefer to stay home. We will keep to their routines and do things exactly as you wish. We do day-time and evening home visits’.
