Have you ever thought of volunteering at events? Would you like to help us deliver events for the community like the Fireworks Display and the Christmas Tree Light-Up? It’s a great way to be involved in your community, meet new people, experience events first hand and even gain new skills. Parish Council events are organised to be safe and enjoyable but are run to tight budgets and rely on volunteers to help deliver them. We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic people to join our positive, friendly team, to make sure our events are a great experience for everyone.
Our volunteers are well supported, provided with a briefing sheet and any equipment necessary. Roles are really varied, but might include monitoring an exit or entrance to make sure people can move through safely, checking tickets, setting up events and taking down afterwards.

A meeting is arranged for Wednesday 21 September 2022 at 6pm at Coxhoe Village Hall in the Parish Room.
