Agenda published for Annual Meeting of Parish Council on 9 May 2022

The agenda for the Parish Council’s Annual Meeting is now available.

The meeting is to be held at Quarrington Hill Community Centre on Monday 9 May 2022.  The meeting is to commence at 6.30pm or straight after the Annual Assembly of Electors Meeting which precedes the Annual Meeting. The public and press are invited to attend.

A public report will be made available in due course.

Measures will be in place to keep everyone present as safe as possible from Covid-19. No one should attend this meeting in person if they have any symptoms of coronavirus . All present will be asked to maintain social distancing of at least two metres, wear a mask while moving around and follow any directions from Parish Council staff. Everyone is encouraged to take a lateral flow test before attending.
