Tenders invited for the Parish Council’s hanging baskets and planters programme

Coxhoe Parish Council has released the tender for its hanging baskets and planters contract, which is due for renewal from May 2021.

Any organisation wishing to tender for the contract should familiarise themselves with the locations and requirements, and the documents below.

Tenders must be returned in a sealed envelope marked ‘Tender Submission’ to The Clerk to the Council. This can be sent by post or delivered by hand to Coxhoe Village Hall, as specified in the tender introduction document. For any tender to be considered it must be submitted by no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 16 March 2021.

The relevant documents are the Tender Schedule Introduction and the template Tender Service Agreement.

The process is run in accordance with the Parish Council’s Financial Regulations.
